“Like Brian W has said below, I also have had trouble connecting the nozzle. In fact I haven't manages it yet so not used it. Perhaps I should try what he suggests but I don't have a scalpel. It should really just work to be honest. As this is my first time trying a touch I've been put off a bit.”

“Works fine but I had a real problem fitting the nozzle as the thread was a bit mangled in production and it would not go on. After a bit of lube and a very slight trim with a scalpel I did get it to fit but I am uncomfortable about taking it to bits in case I cannot get it back on.”

“I bought this as a replacement for an old, dependable douche that I've had for years (two parts, red medical rubber, you've probably seen the type). This looked more ergonomically designed and like it might be easier/more comfortable to use! Indeed it was, and I was very happy with the purchase. But after two months' (relatively limited!) use, the bulb has split, so that it's unusable and leaks water everywhere. Bit disappointing! Back to old dependable I go...”
