“Fills the mouth nicely as others have said. My only complaint is that the rubber around the buckle at the back is not reinforced, which may lead to the buckle rotating by itself when the rubber strap is stretched.”

“This is currently my favourite gag: the soft, but chewy red rubber fills the mouth ergonomically, gently capping the teeth and filling the spaces between them and the cheeks whilst giving space for the tongue to move a little within the restriction. It completely stops any coherent sounds, just leaving you with a sense of complete but comfortable restriction. Erotic. The buckle on the rubber strap is flush enough to fit under your favourite tight hood. Highly recommended.”

“This is a great gag that fits perfectly in the mouth. It can cause irritation with extended wear, I use Vasoline to combat that. Only negative is you need to keep the metal buckle dry or it starts to get rust spots. Other than that it’s very recommended!!”
