“I'd suggest the construction is the issue it inflates in a disproportionate way, the butterfly too much, the inner part not enough. Just pops out. Even a strap wouldn't help imo.”

“When in the mouth, this gag is one of the fullest and most satisfying experiences I've had. In order to get the best use out of it though, it's worth buying a gag holder to keep it in place. The reason I can't give it 5 is because the pump has a tendency to fall off easily if you move around too much, i.e. during rough sex. You can prevent this happening by using a small ziptie or other such clip.”

“Gag is sufficient with a gag holder for about 10 pumps, silencing the wearer nicely, however the base of the gag (the portion external to the mouth) begins to inflate instead after that point, which obviously looks rather ridiculous and also relieves the pressure from the internal inflation. I'm not sure if there's a workaround or another way it could be done, but it ended up not being what I was after (which was an inflating gag that could be pumped until the wearer couldn't bear to take anymore).”

“Nice quality and amazing feeling as this fills the mouth more and more with each bulb squeeze, properly muffles sound too which is always useful in my playroom ;)”
