“Well engineered and a little on the complicated side, it's larger than I expected. It came with four different rings and an adjustment strap, so it may take some experimentation to figure out which ring and adjustment setting will work best for you. I don't find the ball splitter uncomfortable but I'm not sure I'd want to wear it overnight either. Fun device with much less pinching than some metal ones I've tried in the past.”

“Very comfortable for long term wear, with options or either seal or lock. Only complaint is the free lock is very flimsy. But can easily be swapped for a more durable lock with weight.”
