“Very comfy chair and easy to put together, I did it by myself. The lumbar support is easy to adjust for comfort.
However I have removed the headrest after assembly as it's not fit for purpose. I am 5'8 my partner is 6'2 and the headrest was too short even at the tallest setting. It only reached his shoulders / my neck which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. It does look a bit odd with the headrest missing however is a good handle to move chair around.”

“I bought this chair simply based on other reviews, the chair took me about 20 minutes to put together although its recommended you get some help to fit the seat onto the gas pillar as it can be a bit fiddly on your own, everything you need to put the chair together is supplied, no extra screwdrivers required, I initially attached the arms but then removed them as they interfered with my seating position, the chair is very comfortable, I’m very pleased with my purchase & would recommend the chair to anyone.”

“excellent chair for someone who needs extra support in the neck area, chair was ok to put together instructions need tweaking, but is a lovely chair for the office but could have been better if higher back or adjustable back. for the price, i would definitely recommend”
