“Ordered online, came fairly speedy delivery company informed me when and roughly what time. Easy to assemble a third hand would be helpful so two people would be ideal.
One problem, went on the website chat box and sorted it immediately just me being a bit dim...Very comfortable, I wear a strap around my shoulders to stop me from leaning forwards the chair design works in tandem.”

“Cushioned arms very appreciated! They can be risen up, but not much - I am short (1.6m) and arms were barely reachable by elbows, but still better than 90% of other models seen. Arms extend width a little too. Seat also cushioned well, but firm - bouncy - I spend all day gaming and used to get pain in the rear end, which is gone now. Wide seat accommodates larger behinds without digging into sides. Back rest nicely curved and also a little bouncy for support, mesh is soft-ish so no complaints with T-shirts. Lumbar is bad though - too low, not enough adjustment, so sits almost at the coccyx level. It also isn't lockable in the higher position, so if you stand up, it'll drop back down and you'll have to lift it again when sat back down. Head rest readjusts when pressure is applied, so it's only useful in the extremes but not a middle ground, also a little low on tallest setting but for a short me it's ok. Tilt mechanism is lockable, and i love how it moves and resistance can be adjusted. Best part of the chair really! Also, metal frame really heavy but makes you feel safe, that you won't fall over when tilting back to relax. Also, note chair is v. large and feels like a space ship, check measurements if limited space. Overall, extremely happy with purchase especially with the discounted price, helped back pain and can be used for long hours as described.”
