“Firstly, beware! All the undersides of the stand were covered in thick black sticky dust. Made my fingers really filthy before I realised – fortunately I hadn’t touched anything else – I don’t think it would have been easy to clean off. It took ages and loads of rags to wipe the stand reasonably clean.
Secondly, the chair is really uncomfortable. It’s just about tolerable for a brief time for someone short, but quickly becomes actually painful. The top of the back sticks into your back (and I’m only 5’9”) so you’re forced to lean forward or slump down, both very bad postures indeed. I wish I’d believed a review that said the back was too short and the head rest floppy and useless, because they were right. And the lumbar support slips and is uncomfortable too.
I am completely mystified by reviews saying the chair is comfortable – I’ve used many, many office chairs in my time and this is undoubtedly one of the most uncomfortable.
A complete waste of money. Now I’ll have to spend more money to buy a decent chair. And to add insult to injury Office Boffins have now reduced the price by £30!! Very, VERY disappointed.”

“Chair itself - The chair seating is sturdy and should last and the back support gives support but the neck support could be strudier which would help it stay in one place, moves and tilts too easy so always adjusting it.”

“Very sturdy base and back but the head rest doesn't move high enough. I am a standard 5' 10 but if I want to use the head rest I have to incline the chair almost horizontal to fit.”
