“The upside: It's pretty comfortable, doesn't squeak and groan and is solidly built which is a major step up from my previous "Amazon nasty". Easy to put together.
The downside: It's not particularly adjustable... it tilts by around 10° or so rather than reclining as such. The hex bolts have required re-tightening a couple of times in the few weeks I've had it. I hope that's just it "bedding in" rather than anything more sinister.”

Our big and tall chairs are designed for stability and support, so they don’t have the same range of adjustment as standard office chairs. A little re-tightening of the bolts can also happen as the chair “beds in,” which is completely normal. However we'll check in with you on that!

“Easy to put together very comfortable and manuverable and feels very strong I needed somethng to support me over long periods of time and this is ideal for me I am not actually over weight but comfort is always good and this is wonderful and the added strength and stability is very comforting .”

The chair is fine, it holds my weight, which is great.
It does have quite a big downside though. I'm a big guy, which means to comfortably sit without crushing my nethers my legs need to be spread a bit. With this chair though the metal bars on the handles dig in quite a bit. For shorter sitting sessions it's not much of an issue, but the longer you sit the more uncomfortable it becomes. So my advice for any big people looking for a long session chair, look for one that doesn't have the full frame handle bars.
Edit: after a week of use I can also confirm this chair doesn't really offer any back support, leading to an aching lumbar after a couple of hours.”
