Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Bought two of these eighteen months ago after cheaper lights failing on exposure to rain. These ones have accidentally been through the washing machine twice! I dropped one out of my pocket and managed to find it the next day after digging it back out of the mud it had been half-trodden into. Both still working perfectly. Charge lasts ages. Absolutely brilliant.”

“Love our Beacon light for early morning and evening walks - even though I wear a body torch myself, the Beacon is attached to dog’s harness and shows he is there too. Very useful if the light starts to fade also”

“Bright clear light, with a selection of colours and modes. It shows up very well and fits perfectly onto our Ruffwear Front Range Harness. There is a clip so it can be used on other harness brands too.”

“Bright lights with useful options and useful recharge ability. On button requires some force and can also change the mode accidentally quite easily as both use the same button. The plastic clip looks very easy to break such that a small carabiner is being used to try and protect it. A few design improvements would be welcome given the price tag.”
