Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Love this harness because it goes on so easily and my dog is a right wriggle monster when it comes to having them put on!! Clips at the sides are sturdy and easily adjustable. The reflective piping is nice too so he can be seen in the dark and the lead clip is really easy to attach to. We bought the small size and our dog is a small young collie/kelpie cross. It fits him perfectly and there's still plenty of room for growth. Had to wash it the other day and it has come up good as new. Really pleased with it so far!”

The front range harness is fantastic and gets you a secure fit and we are glad to hear you got one too! We recommend that if you are washing the harness, hand wash it and allow it to air dry. Hello Laura, Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product. We can assure you that our Front Range Harnesses are not cheap and they are very reliable harnesses. We are supplied directly from Ruffwear and they are a very trusted brand. We are sorry to see that you do not feel the same way. Our Front Range Harnesses are the signature of our small business with 100's going out the door every week and many customers purchasing more than one harness for multiple dogs or one dog and different occasions. Here at Mountain Dog HQ, many of our furry friends are kitted out in the Front Range harnesses. The reason why we speak so highly of the Front Range Harnesses is that they are the easiest harness to put on and leave your dog feeling comfortable with the foam padding throughout the harness. This adds to the comfort for a long period of usage. There is the main attachment point made from aluminium. This is strengthened by ripstop material. Ripstop is often used within products that are made to withstand extreme weather conditions. This gives the harness a good amount of restraint when it comes to walking your dog whether it is around the block or on holiday in the mountains. There is also 4 points of adjustment to get the most optimum fit. This allows for those dogs who have a bit of a weird shape to get even the best harnesses! We are sorry that you didn't like the colour that you ordered. We currently have seven colours to chose from and if grey is not the colour for you, as long as your product is brand new, you could return the item for an exchange for a different colour. “Pawsome Harness! The price of this harness is reflected in the quality and features. ID tag pocket is a brilliant idea and the elasticated straps will keep Chester comfortable for all day adventures. The two Clips are easy to engage/disengage even when wearing gloves. I purchased the matching lead and collar after being so impressed with this harness.”
