“I bought this kit in the beginning of August 16. I had not brewed beer for over thirty years following terrible flavours! After some research on the internet I decided to give it a second go and decided to visit the chesterfield showroom where a pleasant young lady explained everything and assured me beer brewing at home had improved since I last had a go in the 1980s. I duly bought the starter kit and the golden rocket ale. Brewing was easy and although I made the mistake of pitching the yeast at 27 Celsius instead of 20 to 25 Celsius it fermented in the ten days stated on the instructions and was duly bottled. After one week of carbonation I must admit I tried a bottle and it was a beautiful drink! However after a further two weeks in the bottle it is a stunning beer that is full of flavour and body! As I write this I only have 24 bottles left of the original 43 that I bottled and if it keeps improving then it will be truly awesome!!!!”
