“This is a really nice kit/drink. Give it the time it needs for fermenting, don't rush to bottle it and give it some time to mature for a very pleasant stout.”

“After contacting Dog and Partridge regarding which stout kit to brew Dave highly recommended the Guinea\'s Irish Stout. Brewed to 5.2% i bottled this and left for 4 weeks before trying. After a couple of hours in the fridge this is as good or even better than Guinness. Problem I have is that its going down too quickly in this lockdown. Looking forward to trying my St George\'s IPA in the next few days.”
