I thoroughly enjoyed this beer. Beerworks instructions usually recommend dry hopping for 5 days which leaves it over-hopped for my palate. I did it for 3 days instead and it was excellent. I would be very happy to be served it in a pub.

Dear Simon, Thank you so much for the glowing 5-star rating you gave to Dragon's Spéciale Kentish Bitter from our Beerworks Craft Brewery Series. We are thrilled to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed this beer. We appreciate your feedback regarding the dry hopping duration. We understand that everyone has their own preference when it comes to hop intensity and we're delighted that a 3-day dry hopping period resulted in an excellent taste for you. We can't wait to serve you more of our fine brews in the future! Best wishes, Love Brewing.

This is an awesome beer, easy to brew with truly excellent results. I tried a half pint after just 10 days conditioning in the barrel and was really impressed. Will now leave it for another 10 days before drinking. Very reminiscent of beer brewed by the Kentish giant Sheppard Neame in Faversham.

This is probably the best result I have had to date. Don't rush it, I left mine for 15 days, and didn't start to drink it seriously until it was 3 months old. The Company's claim that 'Beerworks kits represent the very best quality that can be achieved with a malt extract kit' is no boast. It's is backed up by the results!

Good quality ingredients and so far never had anything other than an excellent beer from this. Be patient and primary ferment for 2 weeks minimum.
