“A really nice pan. The lid/frying pan is a good complement to my larger cast iron frying pan, with a decent depth to the rim and a good seal when used as a lid. The base of the pan stays even and flat even when hot - I had a similar pan before that was flat on the base when cold but when it got hot it rounded slightly, giving uneven heating on induction and a tendency to spin when stirring.”
