“Excellent product, excellent service. Lost one star because the protective sticker left some blue residue on the frame that I simply cannot get off. Just a small amount but annoying on a brand new perfectly white ceiling.”

The 8 loft hatches were delivered on a pallet, signed for in good condition with the damage not being reported until 4 weeks after delivery. It's very rare to get damages on these products when using pallet carriers. We also ask that damages are reported within 2 working days of delivery. Taking into account our previous trading history we did offer a very generous discount on a replacement.
