The 8 loft hatches were delivered on a pallet, signed for in good condition with the damage not being reported until 4 weeks after delivery. It's very rare to get damages on these products when using pallet carriers. We also ask that damages are reported within 2 working days of delivery. Taking into account our previous trading history we did offer a very generous discount on a replacement.

“Decent solid product, did the job. Ours was a 600 x 600 hatch. Two improvements could be to add a protective film to the hatch, as it was easy to damage the paintwork during installation, and possibly to retain the insulation in some way, especially around the catch, as some comes away in use.”

“Suitable for my purpose. You need to plan ahead and pre-drill the holes for the frame as you will need someone to support the complete assembly whilst you line up/position the frame for the screws etc., but totally achievable. Good buy.”
