“Ordered hatch on Monday and promised by following Monday/Tuesday. Hatch was duly delivered the following Tuesday and is exactly as described. Really makes a difference in our hall when we replaced the old painted plywood hatch. First class product and service.”

“Needed a new loft hatch to replace the piece of wood we had. Although we had an odd shaped opening so ordered bespoke. Was very happy when it arrived and fitted perfectly As someone else said, I think the lock mechanism could be rethought with the insulation but its a minor point.”

“I have ordered this hatch twice and have not been disappointed yet. They are well made and well packaged. I would recommend fitting as a two person job but it can be done alone as I have to do. The only area I feel could be improved is around the locking mechanism as it tears the foil cover. Still its a great product and I would definitely recommend.”

“This is the third loft hatch I’ve bought / installed & I have to say, as long as you measure correctly they are so easy to fit. The quality of the hatch is excellent. The ordering process is relatively easy & delivery for a made to measure is pretty prompt. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Jupiterblue.”
