“Ordered over the phone, a lot simpler than the majority transactions I have done this way. Hatch arrived earlier than stated which was a bonus! The fitting of the hatch could not have been easier. The screw holes were all pre-drilled so all I had to do was make sure I fitted it square, again this was quite easy as the frame was a lot more robust than expected. The hatch door was well insulated and soundly constructed. I wish I had known about Jupiter Blue earlier as I have probably lost quite a lot of heat through the old un-insulated hatch over the years.”

“Genuinely happy with hatch. Good quality, good service. The reason for 3 stars is that I paid extra for the insulation cover and it is a poor fit around the catch and will tear easily”
