“The bespoke hatch was made exactly to my dimensions and delivered promptly. Installation was straightforward and it operates superbly. The only blot was that the free opening pole was missing from the original delivery, but this was sent the day after I raised the problem.”

“Delivery was quick and measurements were correct. Used the loft regularly as I also fitter a new loft ladder. 3mm gap still there,so hoping this will resolve itself after a few opening/closings as current hatch does not look flush with frame....?”
