“Very pleased with the custom-sized loft hatch I ordered. It's going to look great! Very easy to order, quick turnaround for a custom item, and sleek looking now it's arrived. Pole to unlock just a bit short. The biggest disappointment was the polystyrene packaging the thing came wrapped in. Loads of the stuff, which I can't recycle. The item was well protected, but I'd like Jupiter Blue to switch to a packing material that can be easily recycled.”
