“Ordered this loft hatch delivery seemed quite slow difficult to find out when delivery would be. When it came it was obviously warped and being plastic was not confident to use it. I contacted customer services and supplied the pictures they requested. The warp from one corner to the oter was significant and i felt that I should not have to pay to return a faulty item. I got a reply saying that the warp would be resolved when fitted. I was not prepared to take the risk and then enter into a discussion on returning an item that would then be "used". When I explained tat I was not happy with the quality and would be ordering a more expensive model they still said I had to pay return postage which cost £11. overall not a good experience”

Good morning Randall, Thank you for your feedback. We have consulted with our returns department regarding the loft hatch you returned. They confirmed that after inspecting the hatch on its return, it was not warped, but it did arrive back with us with some damage. Nonetheless, we processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. “Have not fit the hatch yet. Looks fairly flimsy and the none hinged side of the hatch sits proud of the frame. Maybe the seal will flatten in time!”
