“Excellent loft hatch to fit and flexible with size for it's cost, this is reflected it's lack of rigidity as it sags slightly in the middle of the long side seam when shut.”

“I managed to break my original hatch (Crest Nicholson house)and this was very easy to switch over. Really good insulation.I fitted on my own but far better to get someone to help”

“I had moved into a property and the loft hatch was old, yellowing and hanging down slightly at some edges. I decided to replace it and after a lot of seaching fond this one which was the same size. Instalation was straight forward though it is tricky to do on your own, hold the hatch in place with the door open while marking the screw holes is not easy, I did need to do a bit of filing of the plasterboard to ease the hatch into place. The hatch looks good, but it is a bit flimsy and the hatch door does seem to sit slightly lower than the lip. The hatch itself is good value and certainly looks a lot better with the newly painted ceiling. My wifes only comment was why was there a darker area around the lock? This is due to there being no insulation around the lock. I am very happy with the purchase.”
