“The birds are eating the suet almost as quick as I'm putting it out, that's all you need to know - they love it. The suet itself was packed without plastic wrapping in cardboard boxes and there were no breakages or any detrimental effect at all, they came in perfect form. Even better, by using only cardboard packaging everything will be recycled so a big tick from me for that. I did have one small issue with my overall order (wrong item sent) but it was sorted the same day and replaced the day after. Superb customer care.”
