“I've bought several of these feeders, which are great, but one recently kept getting detached from its lid. I contacted Ivel Valley and they arranged a replacement which came very quickly, along with a free suet flower treat. (I'm ashamed to add that my original feeder seems okay at the moment, so am even more grateful!)”
