Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback on the Suet Balls Apple. We really appreciate it and are sorry to hear that your birds were reluctant to eat them. It can take time for birds to get used a new food, sometimes up to 4 weeks. It may be worth mixing in some other flavour suet balls they are used to, and see if this helps.
