I have received been on a couple of sales course before but the SPIN selling course was without doubt the best i've attended. This is mainly because I feel confident I can apply what i've learnt, and the structures taught are simple to replicate. The 3 days were needed to adequately cover all agenda items so it was valuable time spent.

I attended the London Huthwaite SPIN training course in February. The course was excellent. Both trainers were of great help. Throughout the course I learnt a lot which I will be able to apply in my real life work. I am relatively new to my role so the training is going to help me throughout my career and i'm very happy I attended.

Huthwaite provide an excellent training programme for needs based sales. The staff are experienced and the delivery is well thought through and professional. Attending with mixed groups enables sharing of experiences and different approaches as well as different work environments. Developing the ability to identify and meet your customers needs will improve your sales success. A slightly complicated structure is simplified and taught in bite size chunks with role play to practice and develop skills. Looking forward to practicing and building success

The course is informative and delivered in a way to enable you to take the skills on board. Some elements of this course could have been explained better and given better 'real world' anecdotal evidence of the use of the stages of the SPIN methodology. Overall very good and highly recommended to any aspiring salesperson aiming for the top.

With some previous sales experience, but mostly a technical background I was happy to be given the opportunity to attend a well-known and highly regarded sales course. The course was excellently delivered by Deane Hitchens-Orr and I've come out of the course feeling refreshed and ready to take on my new sales role. Deane was very engaging and able to keep everyone on track for the 3 days and not once did it feel like a standard classroom course, which we have all been on. The course was also well structured and delivered in a professional way. Thanks again
