A really useful and engaging course. I thought Jasper and Claire were clear and thorough with all of their points as well as analysis of our questions. The recording of role plays and partner analysis works much better than a group analysis where people are more worried about delivering to a group or having their recording played back to a number of people than the actual content. I've been on a handful of sales courses before and came away feeling i had no new skills / methods to take form them. However, the principle of Spin really makes sense to me and is something i'm excited to introduce to my sales. One negative may be the work books themselves. I found we were jumping by about 10 pages a time form one excercise to the next at times but i believe this may be down to a slight re-structuring of the course. But overall i saw the course as a very worthwhile venutre and i'd certianly recommend.

Good training especially liked the progression of the roleplays wich bit by bit clarified each step in the salescall. The AC in the conference room was loud wich at times made it hard to hear what the presenter was saying.

John did a great job introducing us to the different building blocks of SPIN. All new aspects were progressively included into papaer exercises and role plays where every participant was directly able to apply and practice the new techniques and analyze his abilities while listening to his own recordings. I had a great time in the course. John always gave room for discussions and critical questions and also explained nuances and pitfalls that could otherwise be misleading. Moreover, Huthwaite provides extensive material including online access to further electronic documents like templates that help with the application in practise. Highly recommended for everyone new to SPIN.

This was my first sales training course and I would recommend it based on the excellent contact and structure as well as the excellent trainers presenting and supporting us on the course.

Great stuff. I'm a beginner in sales and this put much-needed context and process around what I was doing, not to mention explaining the science behind selling successfully (not just for you but also for the client).

Mike did a great work and was very challenging and inspiring. I came home with a better picture of what selling could be but I still have some work to translate it into my own business (charity) since it was not always easy to make the links with the training.

I thought the course was well structured and led, flow and timings spot on and plenty of theory and roll play activity, the balance of this was just about right
