The course was great. The trainer went through all the material in a relaxed was and made sure everyone understood before moving on. At each stage there were plenty of changes to relate it back to real world so each delegate left with an action plan. There was no pressure on any delegate and complete understanding if someone needed explaining in a different way. I would completely recommend.

Enjoyed the session and left the training believing I had well understood the core principles of SPIN and had obtained tools to help me apply the technique to real world situations. I think it would have been really beneficial if the examples that we practiced as group with, were able to be more aligned to our area of expertise and day to day working life - this would have helped provide in depth context and got our brains thinking in gear about what could arise and how we could handle those situations.

I enjoyed the course and can see the value in learning about a framework to ask questions and develop customer requirements. However it would have been useful to have the trainers work through each of the roleplay recordings, even if that meant playing them in front of the whole group.
