“An excellent insight into 'sales' particularly for a high involvement service such as architectural services. Whilst the content was partly intuitive, it was very useful to have a clear process of how to focus on client needs and how to 'pull' influence. The 'tutor' was excellent, both in terms of knowledge and approach, which made the learning helpful and thoroughly enjoyable.
