“On the first day, I felt uncomfortable due to the nature of my role/industry and experience compared to the other attendees. However, Trevor created a calming atmosphere and treated everyone as equals. I believe the SPIN method will be most successful with face to face meetings, however, I have come away learning valuable information and am excited to start using these skills on the phone in my day to day role.”
