IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I paid for 100GB travel data after two hours in france the day it was activated I received a screen message saying I had exceeded my data limit, so I contacted the help desk they checked, send me a screenshot showing I hadn't used hardly any data, said it may have a connection issue and advised me to reboot the router, all good now, great prompt service but I can't comment on performance yet”

“Used IQ Mobile on recent trip in our motorhome across France to Spain . The 100gb no EU limits sim worked a treat . Always picked up a good 4g / 4g+ signal in France and Spain . In Benidorm where stayed picked up a good usable signal to watch UK tv via our TP Link 7650 mifi device and Amazon Firestick. Help via WhatsApp quickly available should need it . Also no need for VPN to access UK tv apps . Would happily use their sim on our next trip.”

“I can only say I’m gutted at the increase in prices to obtain a reasonable amount of data whilst roaming outside of the UK, the first 1/4 of this year I was content at paying £20 for 100gb a month and thought that was reasonable value, now I’m paying £75 a month how does that work? why are we in the UK being mugged off for travelling in Europe it can’t be all down to “Brexit” surely???”
