IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Purchased the EU data package for £75. Wasted my money if I’m honest. From Bordeaux to Brittany couldn’t once get a 4G strong enough to even download photos of the grandchildren from home. Won’t be using this service again. Simpler to buy bolt-ons for my phone data package. Oh well. Never mind. Chalk this one up to experience.”

“Just bought 100gb of data for a couple of weeks in france and spain in the van. Bit expensive (£75), but worth it. Great coverage everywhere, and could use all the 100gb without having to consider the 12gb fair usage in Europe. Prompt and east to top up.”
