IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I cannot fault the service from IQ Go, and as an option for roaming it is brilliant. Unfortunately, as an ad hoc solution for the router in our Motorhome, it is no longer viable economically. If the data didn't expire I would happily continue to use it, but if we only use the van once or twice a month we only ever use half the data and the rest expires. The lower data packages don't give enough for our needs.”

“Very good service. My only gripe and the loss of one star was because I lost data and a day off my previous month. I had asked for it to be started on a date which was on my order and it was done a day earlier. I would also much prefer to see data usage through my account than having to go into a separate part and adding the telephone number because I can never remember what it is. Coverage has been good and the 90 days is brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and have been doing”
