IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Easy process, data bundle took less than 24hrs to be activated from purchase. Signal is great here in Holland.

As I am a novice in technology IQ very helpful although at one stage I had to get my son-in-law to help out but once everything was set up it worked very well

I cannot fault the service from IQ Go, and as an option for roaming it is brilliant. Unfortunately, as an ad hoc solution for the router in our Motorhome, it is no longer viable economically. If the data didn't expire I would happily continue to use it, but if we only use the van once or twice a month we only ever use half the data and the rest expires. The lower data packages don't give enough for our needs.

First time using this company, good reception even in remote areas of France, when contacting Customer Service for advice, swift reply extremely helpful glad I switched as previous supplier's service non existent cannot recommend highly enough.

Very good service. My only gripe and the loss of one star was because I lost data and a day off my previous month. I had asked for it to be started on a date which was on my order and it was done a day earlier. I would also much prefer to see data usage through my account than having to go into a separate part and adding the telephone number because I can never remember what it is. Coverage has been good and the 90 days is brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and have been doing

Although I didn’t need 100gb and I doubt I will use much of it, I paid £20 to support IQ. Such great customer service and value is worth supporting.
