IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I ran out of data on a trip to France and it was easy to go online and buy an add-on. There were lots of different options and packages at reasonable prices. It did take 24 hours for the package to be activated but I'd had the foresight to buy a few days before my data ran out so this was OK. Great service.”

“Very disappointed. I brought this sim to use in Europe. What I didn't realise until I got to Europe was you have to scan the code then put your passport details in. This is no use when u've left the information at home, thinking all you needed was a sim. Also, struggled to get it working in UK before we left. Had many online conversations with IQ. Would help if there was an actual person to talk to.”

“Very pleased with the service and quick response to any enquiries that I made, travelling through France,Spain, and Portugal we are on are 14th camp site only a couple of sites when streaming it dipped now and again was ideal while travelling picked up Waze or Google maps no issues at all”

“Bought some data, the data arrived, very happy kids. Only thing to mention is that the data doesn't arrive immeditally, usually gets activated sometime the next day, so if you are running low and need to top up, bear that in mind. Other than that all good, also works in Switzerland which was good for us as our other provider wanted extra to cover this!”

“Great service from IQGO. Easy to use website for ordering. My data run out before the month was up, an email to customer service late in the evening and five minutes later my new package was up and running. Great customer service guys. Can definitely recommend for motorhomers.”
