IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Great sim to get. Hopefully the EU fair usage cap will get sorted soon as that is the reason we use this sim, i.e. there was no cap. An app showing data usage would also be good as it is a bit long winded to find out what data you have remaining. Great support on WhatsApp if you have any questions.”

“Iq has one of the best customer services I’ve ever dealt with from many of the mobile networks. Just a quick WhatsApp message and you get a quick reply and very often the solution in one message. Just a shame their data is now limited in the EU, but I’m sure they are working hard to resolve this for the customers.”
