IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Very Good So far in France, Switzerland and Italy. Main downside is that to get data balance they send you a text which of course doesn't work if your SIM is in a router like mine is. You can WhatsApp them and they tell you what the balance is but its not very convenient. They are working on a solution, hope it comes soon.”

“This is a really good idea for those who take touring caravan holidays or those who like to go camping. You just pay for data as and when you want it without the sim card being 'cut off' due to not topping up very often.”

“The sim arrived quickly, but in obsolete packaging which made me question if I had been sent the correct item. I was called back quickly to clarify that all was ok, but it would have been better not to have had to ask. Not yet activated or used the sim so can't comment further.”
