IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

Purchased the IQ Go Sim, the communication was prompt and answered any queries I had, been using whilst touring around France and it has been excellent.

So for me you represent a real bargain. I use the sim in the motorhome and compared to your peers you provide the very best value. You cover more countries than most purchase data on demand rather than sit with redundant months, topcashback also , I fail to see what is not to like. One constructive feedback would be an app to check data usage as opposed to the web submit page.

It all looks very good; ideal for us in our motorhome as we tour Europe twice a year. But I’ve only received the Go sim and have no experience yet of installing the sim for our mobile wifi unit or using it. We leave soon! Customer service has been prompt and helpful, and we are tempted to switch our phone accounts when free from contract. The website doesn’t provide all the details as yet but we find out more by email. Having an app would be useful for monitoring usage in future.

Having only just purchased a data SIM, it is a bit early to provide a proper evaluation. Sufficient to say that it installed in my iPad and conected OK and I have been able to link my laptop to it. The real test will come shortly when I use it in France

SIM arrived quickly, added a bolt on for data, unfortunately after a full day of liaising with Peter via messaging and phone calls we couldn’t get the Sim to gel with my Teltonika router I was given a full refund the next day with email confirmation being sent also Customer Service by IQ was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use this company again
