“This is my 3rd 15kilo box of this hay.
Both the bunnies and myself like it very much.
The only complaint I have is there is a fair amount of dust at the bottom of every box that ends up being wasted.
Maybe you HHC could come up with a Bunny biscuit recipe we could use it for?

“Well.. we been happy hay customers for almost 2 years.. and we always loved our hay. But our last boxes is not that great as it use to be. With previews box I was like "yeah it's fine not every box will be with perfect hay", but this one is really not great. I can't really see a fresh green hay. All is just dry brown grass. Not long streams. Even when I do top up for my bunnies I sneezing and coughing because of dust. I hope, I do really hope that next one won't be like this.”

Hay is a natural product, so some variation is to be expected depending on the weather, time of cut, and field conditions. That said, we hold our hay to high standards – and if a box slips through that doesn’t meet them, we’ll always make it right.
I’d be happy to send you a replacement box, and I’ll personally open and check it myself before it goes out to make sure it’s the quality you (and your bunnies) expect.
