“Dpd failed to deliver the package 3 days in a row, and made no effort to assist. Waiting for them (in the house for the delivery) resulted in my rabbits being without hay for a day. Rabbits must continuously eat or they die. The hay is always excellent, but 3 days later one of my previously healthy buns died suddenly. Happy hay you are great, but you need to have words with the delivery company you use, their customer service was appalling and whilst i can’t say for sure their late delivery lead to my rabbits death, I will now always be ordering via amazon whenever I place an order with you, as the delivery company you use cannot be relied upon.”

“Guinea pigs love the taste but not so keen on long, thick stalks. Boxes are a bit big and bulky for me to handle - perhaps using those with a handle cut out on each side would be helpful to some people. Delivery was very quick.”
