“I brought a total of 5 brushes if my coworkers die Christmas thinking these were the brush pads u was given last time after i spoke to Customer service. They broke within the first use, i don’t remember denman brushes breaking down like this they use to be way more durable. Not only did the brushes not last i received the wrong brushes. My order she put in for the all black brush and I got the black and Red ones”

“I've been using this brush since the 70s, handle needs to be more substantial the grip is subpar”

Thank you so much for your feedback on D4 Original Styler 9 Row! We used to make a D5 which had a heavier handle which you may be referring to, unfortunately, it has been discontinued. Thank you for the recommendation of a heavier handle.
