This is literally the best brush I've used, I have long 2c hair that tangles very easily and this brush helps keep it all under control. I like that you can use it wet or dry as well.

The brush has defined my 3b/3c curls but not without difficulty. The rubber portion easily slides out of the brush which can be frustrating when trying to brush.

Hello Jovan, thank you for your review.  I'm so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your new brush. I know how frustrating things like this can be. The pads and pins are designed to slide out so that they can be cleaned or replaced when the time is right but it shouldn't happen during normal use.  Other customers who use their brushes with shampoo, leave in conditioner or a detangling liquid have told us that sometimes these products can build up and act as a lubricant making the pad slip out of the handle more easily. This can be easily resolved if you remove the pad from the handle and rinse both in warm running water and them allow to airdry.  When you reassemble your brush you will notice that it is harder to slide it in and out of the pad. There is a video about how to look after your Denman on our website. I hope this resolves the issue you are experiencing.  Please let me know if there is anything else you need. Many thanks. Jill
