“This brush worked wonders on my 2c-3a hair. I suggest for the wavies to remove some of the rows to lessen the tension, so it won't brush out your waves instead of accentuating them. In contrast, the curly girlies can leave the rows for that full tension to give them those big, beautiful, bouncy curls. Remember: less for looser and more for tighter curls. However, you should definitely experiment with all or some removed to figure out what works best for you. This brush is easy to disassemble, clean, and put back together. It has saved me soo much time whilst styling, so if you are considering buying one, do not hesitate! Also, for those of you who are reading the not-so-good reviews and wondering if this actually works, please watch YouTube videos to not only learn how to properly use the Denman brush, but also what your hair requires! There are techniques and methods to using this brush effectively, but you will need to put in the effort and time into finding them. And one last thing, if you plan on using it to detangle your hair, I would firstly make sure that your hair is thoroughly conditioned with a detangling spray or whatever product will help this brush glide gently through your hair. Please know that although the Denman brush is advertised as being good for detangling, that will not always be the case for everyone as we all have different hair needs, types, densities, etc. Not to mention we use products that vary from one another. Research, research, research before doing anything. Anyways, I hope this review helps those looking towards integrating this brush into their daily hair routines”

“This is my favourite design for this brush. I have medium-length thinner wavy hair. I use this after applying product to help form my waves while my hair is wet before diffusing. For my hair, it works better than styling with my fingers. It doesn't work well to detangle, so I brush my hair out first. Any product and hair left on the brush cleans off super easy, and the rubber pad with pins can be removed to clean/dry the brush. I would recommend this brush for anyone with wavy to curly hair.”
