“Feels incredibly cheap and fragile. The product arrived (shipped to the US) with a scuffmark on the edge and the package it was shipped in crumpled (the scuff was not such that it likely was product of poor shipping unless someone stabbed the box and carved into the brush). Customer support was incredibly understanding and was willing to allow me to return the product, with responses in a timely manner. This is why I've given it at least two stars. I think the brush works fine, but it barely penetrates my medium-fine hair. If I would only like to style the top layer of my hair, it works like a charm. Unfortunately, I can only determine the quality of the product but using it and in using it I can no longer return it for reasonable sanitary reasons. All this to say, it was not worth the terrible price. The body feels plastic and cheap (as I've said), a bit of weight put into it would drastically change how I feel about it. It barely brushes my medium-fine hair. It arrived damaged. Customer support responded quick and were very kind.”
