“This light is awful. It's extremely difficult to put up, even our electrician struggled. The cords get loose so the light is lopsided and you have to add the crystals by hand. So much hassle.”

Dear Karishma, Thank you so much for your review and we do apologize that you have found this light difficult to install. Due to the weight of this product the crystals do need to be added by hand as it simply couldn't be installed fully dressed - We did note this on the product description "Assemble Required: Yes" to make customers aware of this.
