Dear Sofia, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we’re sorry to hear about your experience with your order. When you spoke to our customer services team about a return, they did advise you that they would be able to accept one of the lights to be returned but unfortunately could not accept the other as it had already been installed and wired. This is stated in our returns policy, which was sent to you and accepted as we confirm all orders in writing before processing an order. With the item being wired it is then legally classed as “used” or “second hand”, therefore our suppliers won’t accept the item back as a return. We do understand it was only installed for a small period of time, however this policy is still enforced by our suppliers. We do try our best to make customers aware of our return policy, by providing it on our website and via email before processing the order, however we apologise if this wasn’t clear to you.
