About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

“Prompt delivery of a great product. Only had it two weeks but so far it's produced excellent fine grindings for my stove top (easy to grind directly into the filter funnel) as well as courser for a cafetiere. Easy to set up and use.”

“I went with this grinder because it was the cheapest in its class and has been around for years so obviously a successful model. It grinds relatively evenly for drip, which is what I use it for on my Technivorm Moccamaster. However I would not recommend it for espresso as it is much slower than I had anticipated, very slow even on drip size (18ish) and would take ages to grind for espresso or even longer for Turkish. Really not worth the wait for fine grinds. It's not as loud as I expected, build quality is plastic but acceptably robust. It would be nice if the grind container was static-free and that the fluffy bean shells did not somehow find a way to fly out from a tightly closed container and still make a mess. It's not the most attractive looking unit, but then neither is my Moccamaster so it sits well next to it. I'm still very happy as its my first real grinder and still beats time consuming painful hand grinds in the morning or pre-ground coffee, any day. CoffeeHit service was great, immediate delivery and easy to communicate. I will come back here for my future coffee related buys. Thanks!”

“Excellent service and delivery.product great. - highly recommended. A minor point would be if you offer a free gift (bag of coffee) then enable this to actually happen-when I added it in the ordering process it charged me 7.99 so i deleted it. Small thing but maybe don't offer a free gift?”
