I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

“Oh my goodness!! This was a birthday gift for my coffee mad husband from the children! I think it safe to say that it’s 100% successful! He absolutely loves it and I’m pretty happy too as I benefit from divine espresso, sublime americano and cappuccino and americano on tap! It grinds the bean to perfection, the taste and smell of freshly ground coffee beans is wonderful too. It’s neat, quiet and easy to clean. What more could we ask?”

“Solid grinder that gets me the espresso fineness I want and is easy to use. Hopper is a bit fiddly to get on, but that's a minor gripe. A very satisfactory purchase.”

“Having tried a few other budget Burrs with little to no success I did some.research and came across the Baratza Encore. And so glad I did. The Espresso grind is Superb, the machine not as laborious as other models, and clean too. Highly recommended”
