“Pick up good and good for stairs. Downside, long hair becomes tangled in the brushbar and access to cut off and remove is limited. First brush bar motor overheated and broke due to hair being stuck where it couldn't be removed fully. If you could remove brush bar to clean would be better. Now resorted to using a different vacuum cleaner that I can remove brush bar before I use Capsule to avoid excess hair being trapped and burning out another motor. If the clear plastic window could be hinged to give access to allow hair etc wrapped around the brushbar would be better as access from below is limited.”

“I think it’s really good however I accidentally hovered up some sewing thread and it was very difficult to get out and I discovered it burnt out the motor on the head and when I opened it up the screws perished”
