“My original cleaning head jammed a few days after the warranty ran out. I hadn’t used the cleaner much as it wasn’t my main cleaner, only used for the car and just top up cleaning when a hand held was more convenient. It was cheaper to buy a new head than a whole new hand held vacuum cleaner”

“The Halo is an excellent vaccuum cleaner and id developing the plastic is too hard and brittle the catch holding the lid snapped when it fell over as its akward to stand on its own i suggest always laying it down. Also the clips holding utensils on are very stiff and brittle . Once these teething problems are sortex will be a 5 star vaccuum cleaner”

“We have two capsules in our house and we love them. Great product and truly amazing customer service. I dropped one on the kitchen floor. A small but essential piece of plastic broke off. Entirely my fault. On phoning Capsule to organise a repair, they simply sent me a new one free of charge and paid for the collection of the broken one. I didn’t realise that such service still existed.”
