“Brilliant suction, reasonably light and easy to change the heads and tools. I would prefer one head with adjustable rollers for carpet and hard floors but the main head is fine for most unless for hard floors are delicate. A bit cumbersome in hand held mode but manageable. In my bundle some of the attachments are orange not blue so it doesn’t all match, but that is a minor quibble. Overall I love it, and it does the job nearly as well as my main vacuum cleaner, which is a Miele so that is praise indeed.”

“I have never used a stick vacuum before and the very first thing that strikes me is that, despite being advertised as lightweight, ALL the weight is at the top by the handle which puts quite a strain on the wrist. It is easy to carry around the house and does a decent job but I personally find the handle a little uncomfortable ( and don’t have large hands ) and it rubs on my knuckles. I wish I had stuck with my GTech but too late to send this back now.”

“Never had a cordless vacuum before and have been dragging a Henry around the house for years(nothing wrong with a Henry though)but the capsule x is amazing,very powerful and compact,easy to change bag and attachments.with two hairy dogs to contend with this vacuum takes it in its stride,great piece of kit,would highly recommend.”

“Although this is a very good light vacuum cleaner it has one small issue for me. The wedge shape of the handle means that my hand slides down pressing my index finger in to the end which after around 5 minutes gets uncomfortable. I think this could solved by using some sort of non slip coating or making the handle straight.”

“I found it was quite heavy with all the weight at the top, also the head not as stable on carpet as I would have expected. Haven’t used it much yet, so hopefully will get more used to the handling. Seems to pick up well enough, but prefer my Dyson.”
