“I have had this for two weeks now. It replaced an older version of the Dyson cordless. The Capsule Halo is far superior. Why? It has remarkable suction on both hard floors and carpets; the battery life is great. We live in a three bedroom, three reception house and the battery on intermediate setting still has charge left after a comprehensive vacuuming. The accessories are easy to switch. I recommend this product whole heartedly.”

“A very good buy. The carpet attachment cleans very thoroughly. I particularly wanted the hardfoor attachment which works like a dream. The Halo is very easy to use and is more robust than my other cleaner. The battery lasts for all my cleaning. Highly recommended”

“Customer service following purchase was poor. The guaranteed 3 working days delivery took 9 working days, this after raising a complaint. One delivered, the components were well packed with clear assembly instructions. In use the Capsule X motor has good suction when used in max mode. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.”

“Having had a Dyson for a while to the point that the plastic body was cracking in places , I spent a while considering my options. Not really wanting another bagles vacuum with loads of filters I opted for the Capsule - NOT disappointed at all . To my mind it's got to be the best cordless vacuum available on the market , emptying dusty canisters , large capacity , very well made . I really can't fault this machine at all - would recommend to anyone thinking of a new vacuum.”

“Nicely built product, vacum picks up much better than previous vacum (shark lift away). Hard surface head picks up exceptionally well. Our house is a mixture of hard floor and carpets / rugs, so it is a bit of a pain changing heads. The standard head works really well on carpet and is good on hard floors but is really noisy. Loving bags rather than horrid bagless machines. Even though the capsule is light compared to competitors we find stick vacums cause wrist ache due to all the weight of the product at the wrist. Would love Halo to make a product where the weight can be moved further down the stick and off the wrist. Although not perfect having tried Shark, Dyson etc I think this is the best stick vacum currently available.”
